We’ve made some technical updates to improve stability and performance. To continue watching without issues, please follow the instructions below based on your device or app.

First try: log out, clear the app cache, then log back in. If you use a VPN, try connecting it to Vietnam. If that doesn't fix the issue, follow the device-specific instructions below.
For TiviMate, Smarters Pro, or Apple TV (using Xtream Codes)
- Log out of your app.
- Log back in using the new portal URL (choose one):

Use your same old username and password (no changes needed).
Firestick (official app not working — use alternative)
Installation Guide for XC V911 App on Firestick
- Open the Downloader app on your Firestick.
- Enter this code and press Go:
1031578
- Install the downloaded app and open it.
- When prompted, select the DNS1 or DNS4 option.
- Enter your same old username and password.
If XC V911 doesn't work — install Smarters Pro instead:
- Use Downloader code: 6578878
- Log in with one of the portal URLs below (use your same username/password):

✅ If you already have the XC V911 app installed: clear the app cache, reopen the app, choose DNS1 or DNS4, and connect.
Troubleshooting & Notes
- Always use the same username/password you had previously — no account details changed.
- If you use a VPN, set the VPN server to Vietnam (or an EU country if Vietnam is not available) and try again.
- If problems persist, try logging out, clearing cache, and logging in once more before contacting support.
